An initial intensive session of 4-6 hours comprises:

a) Your commitment to yourself: every day agree to 3 periods of 5 minutes,
b) My commitment to you: every 15 days there are three 'one-on- one sessions' of 45 minutes each for 6 weeks.
The package is provided by either one on one sessions or via Skype.
